Michelle has developed a reputation for creating effective strategic campaigns for brands, as well as talent, including Mary J. Blige, Anderson Paak, H.E.R., Wu Tang and Rick Ross, among others at companies including Warner Bros. Records, Epic Records and ICM Partners. She has held diverse leadership roles across talent management, record label, as well as creative and talent agencies, leveraging extensive talent and brand relationships across music, sports, fashion and culture. She has worked closely with talent, brands and business leaders to ideate, strategize and execute impactful global marketing campaigns
Current Work
Michelle is Project Lead for Western USA, for the project "Promoting the Rights of Children in the 2026 FIFA World Cup". She is working to improve the child rights knowledge and capacity of key decision-makers for the host city of Los Angeles. Her role involves working closely with different stakeholders to develop opportunities for active child citizenship. Her work is in close collaboration with three other project leads for Western USA, Canada and Mexico, as well as the Senior Project Manager for North America.

Edgar is a passionate leader / communicator dedicated to philanthropy, as well as diversity and inclusion.
A passionate change agent and community builder, Edgar founded and leads women in leadership organization The XX Project, as well as philanthropic youth empowerment charity Music Unites. She also sits on the board of both the Compton Educational Foundation, Angel City Sports and UCLA Law MLS Alumni program. Additionally, Edgar achieved a Master’s in Legal Studies focused in entertainment, sports and media from UCLA. She was recently honored by UCLA with its prestigious Laker’s Women of Promise, and U. Serve Public Policy Awards.
