Pavneet Khurana is an Organisational Psychologist, Campaigner for Inclusion, and Researcher with a successful startup under her belt. Her expertise lies in creating inclusive working environments, supporting organisations through change, and enabling individuals to feel motivated and fulfilled at work.
Current work
Pavneet, alongside the team at Unleashed, partners with early-stage organisations to enable sustainable scaling through people, culture and strategy. Bridging research and practice, Pavneet helps to build the foundations of the employee experience and develop high-performing teams. To achieve this, she has created a unique blend of Marketing and Psychology to problem-solve and stimulate storytelling for change.
Pavneet is also a co-founder of &ForAll, a social impact organisation that equips leaders with the tools to level up when it comes to Inclusion & Diversity.
Previous work
Pavneet transitioned from a career in Marketing in 2015, which took her to Hong Kong to play a pivotal role in a mental health practice working with vulnerable youth and their families, encouraging positive and sustainable behaviour change. Following this, Pavneet completed an MSc in Occupational Psychology which kick-started her commitment to the research of the experiences of under-represented groups at work.
Prior to joining Unleashed, Pavneet built and led a culture-first recruitment business, working with high-growth startups to discover and tell their unique stories internally and externally.
