Past Event: Business, Human Rights and Sports Workshop with Clifford Chance

The Centre for Sport and Human Rights is pleased to partner with Magic Circle firm and its pro bono partner, Clifford Chance to host a half-day workshop to discuss the frameworks within which human rights apply to the world of sports, with a focus on the corporate responsibility to respect human rights as stipulated by the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).

The workshop brings together sports advisers (including lawyers) with human rights experts and representatives of sports bodies and their commercial partners. The workshop will be an opportunity to share expertise and experiences and to discuss the human rights considerations that arise every day in the sports industry. Please note: the event is by invitation only.
